Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a 'cosy' single floor bungalow facing the pool with well-maintained gardens. The rooms were clean but had various issues like broken fixtures in the bathroom, dirty ceiling, and poorly maintained fridge. However, they were tidied daily. The location is quiet with green areas and orange trees, close to the sea, but a bit far from the town. The service was very polite and friendly, with great amenities, though some improvements are needed in the dining experience.
I found the hotel to be alright overall, with some good and bad points. The breakfast felt repetitive, but the pools were fantastic, especially for the kids who enjoyed the slides. It's worth noting the lack of supervision around the pools and the unfriendliness of some staff members. The pool bar could use a revamp, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. The rooms were quite spacious with a lovely balcony.
The hotel had its ups and downs during my stay. While the rooms were a bit of a hassle to get right initially, they were eventually clean and light. The service was a mixed bag with some lovely experiences but also encountered unfriendliness. The location was great for exploration but a bit remote from the main area. The dining experience left much to be desired, but the facilities overall were decent for the price.
The hotel was alright overall, but the breakfast got monotonous quickly. The pools were a hit with the family, especially the slides, although lack of supervision was concerning. Some staff were not very friendly, but we found a couple who were helpful. The pool bar needs a makeover as it looks worn out and the service was lacking.
After a tumultuous start with room allocation issues, including a heated discussion, we finally settled for an acceptable room with a balcony that unfortunately had a obstructed view due to a nearby tree. The service was pleasant and helpful but could be more efficient. The location, although beautiful, felt a bit remote and led to some inconvenience. The dining experience was repetitive, but the pool facilities were excellent and enjoyable for families.
