After a tumultuous start with room allocation issues, including a heated discussion, we finally settled for an acceptable room with a balcony that unfortunately had a obstructed view due to a nearby tree. The service was pleasant and helpful but could be more efficient. The location, although beautiful, felt a bit remote and led to some inconvenience.
